3. No Reverse Engineering

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or attempt to replicate any part of this platform, its features, its pricing logic, or its underlying technology. You may not use any information accessed through this portal to build a competing product or service.

4. Confidentiality

All project details, pricing, contracts, estimates, photos, and communications accessed through this portal are confidential. You agree not to disclose any information from this portal to third parties without prior written consent from Helme

5. Acceptable Use

This portal may only be used for legitimate project management purposes in connection with your engagement with Helme Any unauthorized access, scraping, automated querying, or misuse of this platform is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

6. Data & Privacy

Helme collects and stores project information, contact details, and usage data necessary to operate this portal. Your data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties.

7. Termination

Helme reserves the right to revoke portal access at any time without notice. Upon termination of your project engagement, your access to the portal will be discontinued.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from the use of this portal shall be resolved in Fulton County, Georgia.
